I tried again with Prussament petg and it was perfect. You need to slow the first layer down to like 12mm/s and really dial in the z-height calibration. If you are not low enough it won't stick well, too low and boogers. I use the standard settings. Apparently my attempt at speeding up printing by using a 0.3 layer height was to blame.
